Rob is an exceptional local chef who has worked and run several high-end restaurants, including The Porthminster Beach Café and Porthgwidden Beach Café in St Ives. Rob has cooked for some inspiring individuals, including Michel Roux and Michel Roux Junior.

Rupert Cooper
Once a professional rugby player and now a talented chef. Rupert Cooper learnt from the best at Michelin-star restaurants, including Sat Bain’s in Nottingham, Paul Ainsworth’s No.6 in Padstow and Rick Stein’s. Nowadays he’s the proud owner and Head Chef at Philleigh Way, a Cornish cookery school.
