Rob Austin Private Chef

Rob Austin has been working as a chef for over 10 years, with the last 6 years heavily focused on BBQ.

Inspired by traditional Texas barbecue and the work of Aaron Franklin, he developed his own style that blends BBQ’d food with Mediterranean-inspired flavours, designed for sharing and feasting together.

His approach to cooking is simple, honest and flavour-led. Quality ingredients, fire cooking and big bold flavours without overcomplicating things.

Over the years, Rob has run his own BBQ catering business, cooking for weddings, private events and large-scale gatherings. Now, Rob focuses on creating relaxed private BBQ experiences centered around good food, fire, smoke and bringing people together.
