Good doggies come on down

Our beachfront location in Gwithian Towans on St Ives Bay is a dog’s dream come true – three miles of sands for off-lead sprinting, coastal paths to sniff out, and wild dune landscapes full of rabbit holes to explore. That’s exactly why we’ve made all 19 of our luxury beach houses into dog-friendly havens. It’s just £50 extra for the dog to stay too, booked via our extras.

Dog Friendly Cornish Beach Houses

At Three Mile Beach dogs are treated as a member of the family, with four-legged friends as welcome as their two-legged companions.

  • Every one of our 19 luxury beach houses is fully dog friendly
  • We provide top notch dog beds, bowls and towels from Yeti and Lazyboy
  • A year-round dog friendly beach is a two-minute walk away, plus there are hundreds of acres of towans to explore
  • Private and secure decking for sunshine snoozing, whilst humans relax in private hot tubs and saunas
  • Fun extras like a dog stick library and optional dog pamper packs

All the Dog Gear is Here

Dogs are most welcome at Three Mile Beach. Just let us know they are on the guest list. We know it’s your dog’s holiday too, so we’ve got all the kit to keep them happy: towels, feeding bowls, and comfy beds. Once you're heading for home, we'll do a special beach house dog clean.

There is an additional charge of £50 per dog per stay. Maximum 2 dogs per beach cottage please.

Great Dog Walkies

Our area offers no shortage of wonderful walks for people and pooches, from short beach trots to longer lopes along The Southwest Coast Path. Each beach house has a Three Mile Beach walks guide ready and waiting. It includes short strolls to Godrevy Lighthouse. And longer jaunts to nearby St Ives and beyond.

Dog friendly beaches

It's less than a five minute walk to three miles of beach stretching from Godrevy to the Hayle Estuary where dogs can run free all year round on the sands between Gwithian and Mexico Towans. It’s great for four-legged friends to roam free, jump in the sea to cool off and make the most of a beach holiday.

Godrevy beach operates dog restrictions through the summer, with dogs not allowed on the beach between 10am and 6pm from 1st July to 31st August.

There are other options nearby for the dog to enjoy other beaches too.
