Incredible place, read all the fantastic reviews and it completely lived up to and then exceeded expectations. Beautiful setting and everything is so well thought out and luxurious. It's the most beautiful location, the houses are stunning and well equipped, the team are superb, warm, professional and so helpful - The pizza evening where they provide everything you need to make Pizza including the oven was great fun. The hot tub and sauna was divine. We had 4 heavenly days.

Beautiful design, impeccable execution. Three Mile Beach deserves the accolades of unique and uniquely good. Deeply thoughtful, informal luxury with no detail too small to have been considered and wonderfully implemented. The staff are obviously handpicked for their commitment to making every moment of your holiday unforgettably good. I cannot recommend Three Mile Beach more strongly. The owners’ long experience in the high end travel industry are brought to bear here - there’s nowhere like it (that I have seen anyway) in Cornwall and indeed beyond.

A truly magical place! Three Mile Beach was heaven. When we visited in late August the weather was rather mixed but we spent every day on the truly magical beach - sometimes fuelled by hot chocolates and sometimes by ice creams! We were blown away when we arrived by how spacious, bright, clean and well designed the house was, with a huge terrace! The fridge was stocked with essentials so we didn’t have to dash straight to the shop and plenty of age appropriate board games for a rainy afternoon. We hired a beach buggy, wetsuits, body boards, surf boards and paddle boards - all waiting for us on arrival and looking brand new. The team were on hand to help with any issue, if we had one - our only request if we could extend by a night as we didn’t want to leave! The team kindly let our little ones use the outdoor shower on the last day and this gave us an insight into how thoroughly the houses are cleaned, from top to bottom including fully draining the hot tub for each new guest. Plenty to do nearby and some guest pop up hosts at the outdoor food truck which were a welcome change. We really couldn’t fault three mile beach at all. Already planning our next visit!

Paradise. We didn't want to fly anywhere and had always wanted to visit Cornwall. I found this place and checked it out on Trip Advisor - I've never seen such rave reviews for anywhere. I rang direct and was answered immediately. Clare was delightful. I told her what we wanted - she called me back within 5 minutes and offered exactly what we wanted. We were sent a book about the area and beach houses before we arrived which was really helpful. It's a small enclave of 15 brand new beach houses kitted out in the most amazing way. Everything is top quality and kitchen equipment is fantastic! Great Food Hamper awaited us too! So thoughtful and we made our own cream tea on the terrace! Every garden has a sauna and hot tub, planting is beautiful and everything is so well thought out. Bed and bedding excellent and bath towels are full size bath sheets! I've never had that before when travelling. Staff we so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV - Rang HQ and Jasmine came up within minutes and explained how it worked and also told us all the details of the beautiful furniture, lamps, cushions etc. The beach is at the bottom of the little road, the scenery is just stunning. I could go on and on! I just can't recommend this place highly enough and can't wait to go back!

Absolutely wonderful place. The houses are tastefully decorated and have good quality appliances. Hot tub, sauna and BBQ all provided. Welcome basket was very well stocked with local produce. Information about the house and the surrounding area is excellent. You can do a supermarket delivery, and by the time you turn up, they've unloaded everything into the fridge etc. It's obvious that a lot of thought and effort has been put into the development Only drawback is having to leave at the end of my stay.

Amazing place! We could not fault it at all. It has everything you need and staff on hand 24/7. The house was perfect and decorated to the highest standard. The hamper and champagne and other drinks were very welcome and such a lovely touch. Such a fantastic welcome when we arrived. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and lots of fantastic walks. People are so friendly there too. We will definitely return.
