Once a professional rugby player and now a talented chef. Rupert Cooper learnt from the best at Michelin-star restaurants, including Sat Bain’s in Nottingham, Paul Ainsworth’s No.6 in Padstow and Rick Stein’s. Nowadays he’s the proud owner and Head Chef at Philleigh Way, a Cornish cookery school.

You’ll be in great hands with the fantastic Chef Robert Michael, the owner of the award-winning Flavour and Wine private catering company. Rob is an exceptional local chef who has worked and run several high-end restaurants, including The Porthminster Beach Café and Porthgwidden Beach Café in St Ives. Rob has cooked for some inspiring individuals, including Michel Roux and Michel Roux Junior.
