All beach houses feature well-equipped open plan kitchens and cosy living areas with underfloor heating and log burners. All houses include a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom as well as two or three additional bedrooms, a main bathroom, bathtub and small WC. Some twin rooms feature lovely mezzanines that can accommodate an extra child on a futon bed. The spacious decking areas include a sunken cedar hot tub, sauna and BBQ.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Pizza Party

Settle in to your Beach House with private hot tub & sauna. If required, Nuna Sena travel cots and and Stokke TripTrap high chairs will be in the house on arrival as well as a considered Baby Pack including bottle sterilisers and warmers, baby baths, toilet seats, steps, changing mats, a NutriBullet and that all important Tupperware. For those also travelling with four-legged members of the family, Three Mile Beach will provide their bed, bowls and plenty of towels for wiping off muddy paws. The Three Mile Beach team will deliver your pizza party that evening including an Ooni pizza oven, fresh dough from St Ives Bakery and a hamper full of artisan ingredients. We’ll talk you through how it all works before leaving you to enjoy the evening.
Day 2: Foraging Walk & Private Chef

Those with curious toddlers in tow can opt for a wild foraging walk, joining local award-winning author, cook and foraging tutor, Rachel Lambert, on a trail through the dunes, discovering edible flora as they go, while keeping eyes peeled for sleeping seals at nearby Mutton Cove. From five course tasting menus to feasting nights, your private chefs will create a bespoke menu with you to showcase the very best in seasonal, Cornish produce. They’ll even include the spoils of the foraging walk that day!
Day 3: Day Out & Pizza Party

The Three Mile Beach team have hand picked some of our favourite experiences in West Cornwall. They’re on hand to help you plan the perfect day out. Kids love our local farm shop, Trevaskis Farm, and in season you can pick your own fruit and visit the animals there. St Ives is just around the corner and there is a lovely train ride there from St Erth station. We’ve teamed up with local seafood experts The Cornish Lobster Box who do specialty seafood meal packs. We’ll arrange for one to be in your Beach House when you get home that evening.
Day 4: Depart Three Mile Beach
