Competition terms and conditions

Entry to our prize draw competition is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Open to all persons aged 18 and over.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Employees and contractors (and their close relatives) associated with Three Mile Beach are not eligible to enter the competition.
  • Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  • The prize accommodation consists of one Three Mile Beach 8 person (excluding infants) beach-house for 7 nights. Up to two dogs are also welcome.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • The prize is subject to availability and excludes certain dates in July and August and other UK school holidays.
  • There is no cash alternative and the prize must be taken as offered.
  • Prize winners will be notified via the email supplied by the entrant within 14 days of the closing date of the Competition. If no response is received within 14 days, we will select an alternative winner.
  • No additional, further or other costs or expenses are included in any prize unless stated (e.g. travel arrangements, travel insurance, spending money are not included)
  • It is a condition of entry that we have the right to publish and/or broadcast the first name, home town, likeness and voices of winners and their guests. Prize winners, may be required to participate in photo, recording, video and/or filming session(s). You agree that we shall have the right to use all the resulting publicity materials in any media and in any manner we see fit.
  • Entrants who tick the applicable box to join the Three Mile Beach mailing list give permission for us to add their supplied email address, name and other associated data to our mailing database and to receive the Three Mile Beach email newsletter and promotions. This is not a pre-requisite of entry to the competition and they may unsubscribe at any time.
  • We reserve the right to vary the terms of, or terminate the Competition at any time at our absolute discretion. Termination or variation of a competition is without liability to any contestant or other person.
  • All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or redemption of the prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • These terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
